These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Neha App Development website and the mobile application development services we provide. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Neha App Development provides Android, iOS, cross-platform mobile application development, modernization, and maintenance services. The exact scope, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.
All projects begin after a signed agreement and any agreed advance payment. Payment milestones, taxes, and currencies are specified per project. Late payments may delay deliverables and incur additional charges.
Upon full payment, the client receives full intellectual property rights to the custom code and assets developed specifically for their project, except for pre-existing libraries, frameworks, and open-source components, which remain under their respective licenses.
We treat all project information, business plans, and source materials as confidential and will not share them with third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
We provide a limited warranty for delivered work to function as documented for a defined period after launch. Ongoing maintenance, new features, and OS-upgrade compatibility are offered through separate support plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neha App Development's total liability under any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Projects may integrate with third-party APIs, SDKs, or platforms (e.g., Google, Apple, AWS, Firebase). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or pricing changes of these third-party services.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as defined in the project agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
